Michael Alford, the Owner of Alford Wildlife & Pest Management, has been in the wildlife removal/pest control industry for over a decade. While working for other companies , he noticed the lack of honesty and hard work in the business. It then became our company’s mission to provide customers with quality service they can count on.
Our Mission
From rats to snakes, humane removal and the animal’s welfare are very important to us. We believe work should be performed with pride and integrity. Always.

Growing up in rural Indiana and visiting Southwest Florida every Christmas with my family, I have always had a love for nature. This influenced my decision to study Biology at Anderson University. During my schooling, I also served as an infantryman in the US Marine Reserves reaching the rank of Sergeant. After finishing undergrad with a BA in Biology I served a tour in Iraq as a fire team leader. Unsure if I wanted to continue with professional schooling, I completed a Master’s in Pre-professional Biology before realizing I was ready to start a career right away. I relocated to beautiful Fort Myers and began creating my career. My dream of Alford Wildlife came true after 2 years of working in the wildlife industry as a technician in Fort Myers, manager of Florida’s east coast, and director of Texas. With my wonderful fiancé, Margarita, sons Connor and Hunter, and owning Alford Wildlife & Pest Management, life is good!
